Tim Davis

For nearly 20 years, Tim has practiced law in several capacities. Tim brings an in-depth understanding of contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliance, which allows Basin to ensure deals and projects are structured correctly and investor or partner interests are protected.

He also devotes a significant amount of time to government and political entities, is currently the Chairman of the Tarrant County Republican Party and a past board member for JPS Health Network, Tarrant County's public health system.

Tim holds a BA from Harding University (Dean’s List) and a JD from Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University (Dean’s List; Associate Editor, Northern Kentucky Law Review). He is licensed in Texas, Kentucky, and Ohio. Tim and his wife, Lindsay, reside in Southlake, TX with their sons.

He is extremely active in his and surrounding communities, as well as being very involved in his church.
